私たちには、創業当時の1960年代から変わらず作り続けている生地があります。それが『Yarn dyed（先染め生地）』です。
江戸時代中期から始まっている遠州織物の歴史において、先染め製法は古くから技術が磨かれてきました。
なかでも先染めの超長綿を織り上げる技術においては、世界トップクラスと称されています。
この遠州の地で生地づくりに携わるDKブランドもまた、この伝統を継ぎ、世界中に先染め生地を届けています。
先染め生地は、糸を作るところから生地ができるまで、各工程ごとに専門的な技術を有した職人が携わる、細かな分業制で成り立っています。
その結果として、世界トップクラスの技術の集大成ともいえる高品質な生地を生み出すことが可能となっています。
２色以上の糸の組み合わせによって織られる先染め生地は、その表現の自由さ（意匠性・デザイン性）に優れています。さらには、色落ちしにくく、くたびれにくいといった機能的な特徴を持っていることが大きな特徴です。
The techniques for manufacturing yarn-dyed fabrics have been honed over many years, since the beginning of the history of Enshu weaving in the mid-Edo period. Among these, the technique of weaving fabrics from ultra-long pre-dyed yarns has a global reputation as a top-class technique. The DK brand, also creating fabrics in this region of Enshu, carries on this tradition, delivering yarn-dyed fabrics to the world.
From the spinning of the threads to the completion of the cloth, yarn-dyed fabrics are made using a painstaking process, in which each artisan involved plays a specific role in each step, utilizing professional skills.
This allows the combination and synergy of world-class techniques to produce a high-quality fabric.
Yarn-dyed fabrics woven from yarns of a combination of two or more colors feature incredible capacity for expressiveness (creativity and design). They also feature the significant advantages of being highly resistant to color loss and wear and tear.

綿糸の中でも超高級といわれるエジプトコーマを使用して、綺麗に織り上げております。This glossy striped fabric has a luxurious appearance. It is a twill weave, allowing the striped pattern to be even clearer.
It is cleanly woven using Egyptian combed yarn, which is among the highest-class cotton yarns available. -

Almighty medium size gingham checkライトカラーの先染めストライプ生地です。
通常より細い糸で細かく織られているので、 生地の触り心地がとってもさらっとしているのが特徴です。This is a light colored yarn-dyed striped fabric.
Painstakingly woven using threads that are narrower than usual, it features an especially smooth texture.
